• We pre-spot with a specialized EPA registered spotting agents in attempt to remove difficult and persistent spots.
• We pre condition all areas with specially formulated agents that will prepare your carpet for maximum soil break up, suspension and removal; concentrating on heavy traffic areas to remove oily soils, pollutants and contaminants, using a power sprayer utilizing the power of hot water solution forced deep into the carpet. .
• Truck mounted steam extraction; high powered steam cleaning with powerful suction will be used to extract the soils, pollutants and contaminates from your carpet.
• Final grooming. We'll carefully groom your carpets pile, resulting in uniform drying and a finished, detailed appearance…fresh and soft.

• Heavy duty pre conditioning; all areas will be treated with specially formulated agents that will prepare your carpet for maximum soil break up, suspension and removal, concentrating on heavy traffic areas to remove oily soils, pollutants, and contaminates. Using a power sprayer utilizing the power of hot solution forced deep into the carpet.
• Manual deep down soil agitation; we agitate by hand the pre-conditioners deep down into the carpet fibers to loosen embedded soils from the base of the carpet.
• Truck mounted steam extraction; high powered steam cleaning with powerful suction will be used to extract the soils, pollutants and contaminates from your carpet.
• Residue free rinse to retard re-soiling.
• Application of a commercial grade, premium quality protector for added protection against soil and many staining agents, making your carpet last longer. I've provided you with a brochure. I have a video tape for you to watch if you wish.

• We pre vacuum using a heavy-duty commercial grade vacuum.
• Using utmost care, we move your furniture before and after the cleaning process
• Pre-spotting using a specialized EPA registered spotting agent in attempt of removing difficult and persistent spots
• Heavy duty pre conditioning; all areas will be treated with specially formulated agents that will prepare your carpet for maximum soil breakup, suspension and removal; concentrating on heavy traffic areas to remove oily soils, pollutants and contaminates. Using a power sprayer utilizing the power of hot solution forced deep into the carpet
• Manual deep down soil agitation; we will hand agitate the pre conditioners deep down into the carpet fibers to loosen embedded soils from the base of the carpet.
