In some cases the first rooms we clean are dry before we leave.  It depends on humidity, temperature of the room, the density of the fiber, how much moisture was needed to thoroughly clean the carpet.  To speed up drying.  We can recomend use of open windows, fans, heat and or air conditioning greatly increases dry times. Up to 24 hours in maybe needed in extreme conditions.

We can move the sofa, love seat, chairs, end tables, beds, light dressers.  We use furniture "Sliders" (coaster like gadgets relativity  cheap ones are now readily available at most stores) to protect both the furniture and the carpet.

For the items you want us to move we ask that you clear them off before we arrive.

We don't move pianos, pool tables, entertainment centers with electronics on it.

Most stains are removed in normal cleaning, if it is dark it can probally be removed with our normal cleaning.  Stains such as urine and colored stains can usually be removed if you authorize the added cost.  Depending on size of the stain, location in the room, the room it is located, the importance you have of the issue, how it may look with just the normal cleaning.

It is best to limit trafic until it is dry but not nessary.

The major carpet manufacturers recommend "steam cleaning" also known as "hot water extraction".  This is the method we use most often.  Our machine is mounted inside the van and powered by the van engine.  Hands down "The Most Thorough Clean"  you can get!
